Questions about Corfu
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size, finishes and your site. Request a quote and we'll send factory-direct pricing, specs and delivery cost.
Do I need a permit?
Yes, a standard building permit like any new home. We provide stamped engineering drawings for your state, and your builder files them with your town.
Can the design be changed?
Yes. Sizes, layouts and finishes can be adjusted. Tell us what you want in your quote request.
Who puts it up?
Your local builder or crew. Parts arrive labeled with assembly drawings, so it goes up faster than a traditional frame.
Can I build more than one?
Yes. Developers can repeat one stamped design across a whole project. See Builders & Developers.
