Questions, answered.

How much does a kit cost?

It depends on the system, size and your site. Send us your design or plans and we'll reply with factory-direct pricing, spec sheets and delivery cost.

Do I need a permit?

Yes, a standard building permit, like any new home. We provide stamped engineering drawings for your state, and your builder files them with your town.

Who puts it up?

Your local builder or crew. Parts arrive labeled with assembly drawings, so it goes up faster than a traditional frame.

Can you work from my own plans?

Yes. Send your plans or a sketch and we'll quote the kit and engineering.

How long does it take?

Lead time depends on the system and project size. You'll get a timeline with your quote.

Do you deliver everywhere?

Yes, anywhere in the continental US.

Do you do multi-unit projects?

Yes. We work with builders and developers on subdivisions, rental villages and resorts. See building systems.
